The Worst customer service i ever had in my 15 years of business. Went in to get checks gave them my debit card and this guy Kenny metts a branch banker THROUGHS THE CARDS back at me... I've been going to that branch since 2012 BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

Went into PNC today and had the poorest service EVER. The new guy KENNY, a banker, had absolutely know clue what to do or how to handle customer problems. When asked to speak with a branch manager, I was told "we do not have a manager, they left after getting a promotion"....What in the absolute ****! After 25 years of banking with PNC, I will be closing my accounts along with my children.

Here it is 9:00 a.m. and the lights in the building should’ve been on already & they aren’t. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable that only one lane was turned on when there are multiple people waiting to be serviced. There has been such an inconvenience since they closed the prospect location. Coming across town to be service is ridiculous.
