I was a little leery at first -- my initial call to them seemed to be routed through a call center in India, as the woman who helped me had a strong accent -- but the service I got was top-notch. I had to change a few details before delivery, and that process was simple. The pod was delivered when promised, it was scrupulously clean and roomy, and was picked up promptly. The delivery guy (his name was Bob) answered all the questions I had, patiently and politely. I can't say anything about the pickup, as I was at work when that happened, but everything else was just perfect. The service is more spendy than getting a storage unit, but for the convenience? Totally worth it. Highly recommended.

I met Superman today; his name is Bob. Bob delivered my 16 foot POD this morning and sadly it was oriented incorrectly on the truck causing him extra work to get it oriented correctly. No Problem! Bob did a magnificent job resolving the issue and placed the POD perfectly. And Bob did this without any inconvenience to the neighbor's or to street traffic. Bob is a credit to his company and the brand. Thank you Bob; you did great!.

Scott dropped our POD right where we wanted it and was very courteous. Only took about 10 minutes and we were ready to go.

I've had two drivers for my delivery of two PODS, both Jim and Scott were very friendly, professional and experienced! No issues with placing the PODS where I requested. They were in and out within 10 minutes.

Scott was amazingly helpful, going out of his way to make sure the PODS were put into the best possible spot. He even came a day early to get the PODS out of the driveway on Halloween.
