Customer service is pretty bad - it took over 2 hours to get anyone on the phone. This happened several times. Otherwise I was satisfied.

Wonderful way to be able to store your belongings in-between moving. Although the online was not so simple to understand and when I got ahold of a man on the phone he never informed me of packing blankets or dollies that u have to order to be given any to use.

Only issue I had with PODS was they moved it 4 days late. My POD sat in the driveway of the new owner, not good. Otherwise, I was happy with PODS service.

The most unprofessional, unresponsive company I’ve ever done business with. I do not recommend using, especially if you are a military family. Almost a year later and I am still dealing with them. Was passed to a higher lever service rep who just brushed me off and sent me back through the same process. Completely disrespectful and rude. Constantly got bounced around from person to person with zero help or they would drop my call.

Very convenient for what i needed. Their support was friendly and responsive when I had an issue. The pick up and drop off were timely and the driver took extra care to make sure the unit was placed as precisely as possible given our challenging driveway.

Delivery and Pickup charges are excessive. The price for the pod was acceptable, the delivery and pickup charges were too much, I won't be using tge service again. Needed so m e temporary storage onsite while we had some work done. It wasn't like they had to deliver the pod to some remote location. Drop off and pickup was the same location. The delivery and pickup charges almost tripled the pod charge for one month. Unacceptable.

I got this because I needed more time to load the vehicle than I was going to get with Uhaul. The delivery date was not ideal but was able to work with it, the delivery to the new house went well. The pick ups were a nightmare. The initial pick up was early by a day then a few hours - I ended up not being able to finish packing everything even after staying up all night to try to finish loading the container. The driver was polite and helpful but still a could hours early.When I called to have the empty container picked up on June 27th they did they couldn't get it until middle of July- then charged me for the time that THEY couldn't pick it up. After a few phone calls I was able to get a representative that cared, and got refunded the month storage charge. This is something I definitely should not have had to take the time to do.AT the end of the day I still ended up having to rent a uhaul to get the remainder of my house moved.

Saferino was awesome. He went above and beyond and expedited the drop off and pickup on two containers. He is a credit to your company and because of his actions, I will give the highest recommendation to anyone looking for moving options. From the initial phone call and the “on the fly” changes, everything was great.
