The first positive sign was that someone, an actual human being, actually answered the phone. I tried, but failed, to call other Quest locations in surrounding areas only to be hung up on, or not answered at all.My experience here was positive. It was quick even though I was a walk in and everyone was friendly.

You cannot have this level of neurotoxic air fresheners in a medical facility. 30% of the population is allergic to those chemicals.Edit: I spoke with Matt, the office manager, and explained what Multiple Chemical Sensitivity is, he was not defensive at all… he looked it up, validated my information, showed compassion and agreed to clear out the neurotoxic, carcinogenic, endocrine disrupting fragrances. Thank you, Matt, for being such an open and compassionate human!!
