Mike van Cleave and Jessica Leitner are the best! We moved from a different state and they took us in as clients on short notice. (We had problems on a previous contract with another realtor that gave us second thoughts about moving here but our first meeting with Mike and Jessica alleviated our stress and made us feel more than welcome!) As first-time home buyers, they answered our questions/concerns and provided us with an informational packet about the process. We never felt patronized or belittled for our lack of knowledge.It was such a breathe of fresh air to have Jessica as our realtor because we felt like she really cared and listened to our needs. We never felt pressured to pick a home and were encouraged not to settle. She had expansive knowledge on what to look for, pointing out potential issues/fixes and selling points during showings. She was very communicative and responsive throughout the home search and closing process; we never felt like we were left in the dark!We had a hiccup during the closing process but we are more than satisfied with how it was remedied by Mike and Jessica. Our first impression was that they were people we could really trust and that they have a very admirable business practice, and our opinion has not change. If it wasn't for Jessica, we wouldn't have been able to spend Christmas in our new home :) 10/10, would recommend!

Plenty of free handicapped accessible parking. Well maintained sidewalk and entrance. Greeted just inside by a friendly, well trained staff member who took care of our every need.

So. I rent a home from them. And the owner would not pay to fix a dryer. And remax is just a rental agent. I bought a new dryer. It was gad. Remax sent someone to install it with. That's awesome!
