I had a 5x10 unit up on Hale road in Peoria Illinois, unit was clean and perfect for the amount of space I needed for the amount of time I needed. Rate was low. It was about $30 a month for the few months that I had it. Harrison and the team was very easy to work with anytime I needed communication with them.

DO NOT RENT FROM SRA!!!!! They will empty your unit, steal all of your belongings and have absolutely no explanation for it. Rented from Red Dot for years, never a problem. Once SRA took over, we've had nothing but problems.
I've had to call the police and an attorney to try to get some answers to my questions (and try to retrieve my belongings) because nobody at their call center nor Harrison can answer them.

Wanted somewhere to store my sisters stuff. The manager Harrison was very helpful, respectful, and made us feel like family from the moment we stepped in the office. He explained everything to us in great detail for her to move in which helped a bunch. Every question my sister had, Harrison had an answer! Great place to go if you're looking for a family friendly experience!

Have always had good experiences with the management here! One that really stands out is was having billing issues and they were courteous, informative. Fixed the situation, allowed me to pay right on the spot. I have been out at this particular storage unit for quite some time and they are definitely the best management team by far!!

Since it has changed hands it's better. But personally I would put a camera in my unit I've seen some questionable activities. New owners seem to be cleaning it up.
