For nurse scrubs they have a lot of stuff in a few particular colors. And then they have a mishmash of sizes/colors of other stuff. Prices seemed good, but there just wasn't much to pick from if you don't want Navy, royal blue or white.

Very quick and efficient. Dropped my work pants off to be hemmed. Took only 1 day. I even got a phone call to let me know they were done-just in time for my next shift.

I hate leaving bad reviews for local businesses, but all I can say about Harris Uniforms is: Awful.
My business tried to use this service for a year. The clothes we received were FAKE. I received a Port Authority shirt with the wrong arms stitched on. Then the replacement felt as if it were made from paper-towel material. It literally fell apart in my hands.
Harris does not return calls in a timely manner. We waited for MONTHS to receive uniforms only to have them be wrong or fake shirts.
Poor quality control, poor customer service. We will never use Harris Uniforms again and quite frankly, neither should you.

Similar to other reviews on here. Been waiting for them to get shirts in for over 4 months. Then we have to wait for them to embroider them. It’ll be February before we get our daughter’s uniform shirts despite ordering in early September.

Terrible service. My kid goes to Notre Dame and needs the uniforms the school requires. This place is HORRIBLE for service and on time deliveries sometimes going on 3+ months of waiting. To make matters worse, the “customer care” lady, Lauren, is probably one of the worst people I have ever dealt with! She gets short with people and openly lies about what product is in or isn’t in. Carla the owner is only slightly better but actively seems to defend Lauren at all costs. If you look at the google reviews. Lauren has had negative reviews repeatedly. You’d think sub par performance like that would be let go.

I am a executive chef and have ordered many uniforms and accessories for the last 23 years and all of my experiences have been perfect. Todd Karla and Lauren are the epitome of excellent customer service. Edward Shute

It’s been 3 months already and I have not received my order for my son’s school jacket. I will change this review if i will receive the item. I am so dissappointed.

If I could do a zero star rating I would. I went to Sam Harris today to puck out some uniforms for work with my vocational counselor through DHS. I told the cashier my sizes that works the best for me and colors that I wanted. The cashier assiciate didnt consider any of my sizes or the color of uniforms that I was interested in and on top of that she wouldnt even put in an order for me of the uniforms that I was needed and correct sizes that I needed she told us that she didnt even recommend ordering uniforms for me even though they did it in the past. There was one uniform pant that fit me really well but she made me feel so uncomfortable and told me that I needed a size larger which I tried on which were way to big. I have never been embarrassed in my life shopping for scrubs in this place.

I placed an order on May 27,2023. It is now Aug 11, 2023 I have not received the order nor have I had any other communication from them other than I placed the order. Thankfully (as far as I can tell) they have not taken payment. If an order is placed and you do NOT have it in stock (still says in stock online) you need to let the customer know. I see that communication is an issue with this company from other complaints. I know it's been a few months but I kind of forgot that I ordered them.

I went in for a hem to be sewn (again) on my uniform pants that came out. Lauren was rude when I asked about the charge since the company I work for has a contract with them and the original hem was sewn in by them. She snapped at me saying it was “used and worn.” They completed the alteration, but I made sure to ask if the sew job was good enough not to come out again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Stay away. I placed an order on Feb 27th for 3 blank cardigans that showed up as "In stock" on their website. Two weeks later, no shipping notice, product nor an email explaining the cause of the delay. I called to speak with online sales three days in a row just to be told they will call me back. On the 3rd day, I called to cancel and was told my order had already been cancelled. Their excuse is irrelevant to me and is not how you treat your customers. This could have been handled weeks ago and I could have prevented this stain on my business. As G. Bush said, "Fool me once, shame on...shame on you. Fool me—you can't get fooled again."

DO NOT-I REPEAT…DO NOT even attempt to go through this company. My husband orders pants almost 2 months ago and never heard a word about them. We called 3x now to see if the shipment was on and have been told they were in transit..the first time. Second time we called they said they were to be expected any day…that was 2 weeks ago. We heard nothing until today when I called again and Lauren answered my call. She put me on hold and then told me they were on delay but expecting them any day. I informed Lauren to just no cxl them as we would go somewhere else. Lauren said your order is cxl, have a good day and hung up on me. Mind you she was extremely rude. I called back…she answered and I said I was the one who just called and you hung up on me. I don’t appreciate your rudeness, unprofessional response and you hangin up on me. I will make sure all Law Enforcement is aware of how they treat their customers. She did not care and hung up. This place is a joke as well as Lauren. Looking at the other comments it appears they are this way to all…GREAT JOB GUYS.

Disappointed with service. Ordered a Class A uniform which took forever to arrive with little to no communication from store. Numerous trips made to store, from a considerable distance, to only find out the uniform was either not complete or they sewed on the incorrect components. Was measured for a tailored fit to only come home with the uniform and find out the jacket wasn’t tailored to my size at all. Will never shop or recommend this store. Utterly disappointed.
