I've tried calling to get help several times the only number that work is the one for Nebraska Ave and the lady who answers gives you the same disconnected number ts they have listed. Get your shit together, how are you supposed to help people when you can't even get your phones to work.

They say they help with rent but they don’t. You’ll call for 3-4 hrs with no response. Pretty sure they haven’t helped anyone since COVID.
