Well Miss, Mrs, Ms Jan Brown in the service department at Sam Leman in Peoria. I didn’t expect that your service crew would do anything for free and thank you for making me aware. Nor did I expect you not to show any compassion and understanding about my concerns. I just purchased my vehicle about 3-4 months ago, I hardly drive it besides work and errands and didn’t think my brakes should be worn this soon. I take issues with my brakes serious, didn’t expect to be charged $200 dollars for someone to take off my tire to look at my brakes. I have a warranty, not for sure what that covers, you couldn’t help. I’m not here to be rude but my feelings were hurt by your responses. I get all of my vehicles from your location. Guest service is important in a world where money rules everything. Thank you again for your help in this matter.

On a Friday, on my way to Peoria from Missouri, a hot temp alert came on. I have a Jeep Wrangler so I took it to Sam Leman. I explained what happened and that I didn't want to break down on my way home on Monday. The staff were great. That same afternoon, a mechanic drove my car, pressure tested the cooling system, checked out everything, and drove it again. No alert. This was on a Friday afternoon. I picked up my jeep but felt a lot more comfortable about driving it around Peoria and then back home. Brenda told me if the light came on again to call them Monday morning and they'd look at it before I left for home. Have not had another alert but the diagnostic fee was worth it to feel safe. Brenda also gave us names of restaurants, like Obed and Isaac's (plug). I would definitely refer Jeepers to Sam Leman.

Her team at Sam Lehman Peoria is the best ever. Amy in the service department was an absolute delight as well as her co-worker sorry I didn't get her name. They honored the estimate, got the car in and out in record time and we're extremely pleasant. I recommend them highly thank you Holly

This is by far the worst service department I have EVER encountered. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler in a different state with a ten year 100,000 mile extended warranty. I got an error message on my dashboard saying “Aux Switched Temporarily Unavailable Battery Charging” I called the service department immediately and had a two week wait before I could even drop my vehicle off in the first place. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle I was told that the dealership will not honor extended warranties from other dealerships, period. I have NEVER encountered this problem with any other dealership. I told JAN I was dissatisfied because of this and she immediately got rude and berated me calling me “little Ms Attitude” when I called and spoke to the service manager about how she spoke to me he told me I could go to a different dealership. He also lied to me and tried to say HIPPA laws prevents managers from following up with customers about complaints. JAN was once again rude to me when she called to notify me that my vehicle was ready. She told me there was nothing wrong with it other than needing a computer update and that it would still cost me the $200 for a simple computer update. I told her I would need an additional invoice for the service so I could file a claim with my warranty company myself to which she condescendingly told me that my warranty wouldn’t cover it without knowing anything about the warranty she refused to service. These employees have zero people skills and are the rudest customer service team I have ever encountered. I will drive out of town for all of my future services and never give this terrible place any of my money.

The salesperson who helped me, Valentino, was top notch, professional and very nice. I knew what style Jeep I wanted and he didn't try to upsell me. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all of my questions. I have called with a few questions since the purchase of my Jeep and Valentino has been more than happy to continue to help me. I am very happy with my experience at Sam Leman.

I didn't come to purchase a car, but seeing how Ryan Gaines interacted with my significant other and seeing his ethical salesmanship, I decided to inquire about a vehicle that I liked while sitting in the show room. Ryan was able to help me situate financing and to reach terms I was comfortable with. I am very pleased with my new Jeep Wrangler and I liked working with a car salesman who didn't give off the "car salesman vibe" I absolutely detest. He is wonderful and I'd work with him again. I'd highly recommend him!

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership this morning and I must say Valentino, Manny, and especially Ryan took very good care of me. They had the vehicle I wanted at one of their Bloomington dealerships and they had the delivered to the Peoria location for my convenience to test drive. I was in and out in a matter of two hours! I am so grateful to them all for treating me so well. I really appreciated it. I absolutely recommend their services.

From the time I went in and left I had A+ service! Ryan Gaines helped me find the exact car I want and I absolutely love it! He didn’t waste any time and respected my time as well. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend Ryan for sure!!

My husband and I bought a car from Sam Leman in Peoria . I would not buy a car from them. Every chance I can I will make sure I tell people how we were treated and poor service we received . the car leaked oil we told them , may as welk been talking to the wind . We sold the car . still keep getting mailers from them. I would not buy one thing ever again here .

I recently bought a car from this dealership and I worked with Tim Cannon. He was amazing and so so helpful to work with, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car! He made the whole process enjoyable and as stress free as it could be. He is definitely for the customer, and was a pleasure to work with! Terrible customer service after I purchased the vehicle. I bought a year old Challenger with 2200 miles on it that had basically been passed around dealerships for the duration of it's existence. The salesman, Kyle, was supposed to get back to me in a couple days after purchase, which he never did, with a couple things that were missing from the vehicle. I called 3 times and he never helped with the missing items. Two weeks later I called and asked to speak with the sales manager to which I received a "sigh" from the secretary. I was sent to his voicemail and then he didn't return my call either. I then received a text the next day saying "sorry I couldn't get the extra set of keys for you, I tried." I wasn't told about the vehicle not having an extra set of keys until after the deal was on paper. After having the vehicle I started noticing other things that were missing. It was like the dealerships used this car to pick items off to make quick sales on other vehicles then never replaced the items. So now I'm looking at $400 if I want to replace everything this 1 year old car was missing. They acted like a second rate used car dealer and once the sale was made they didn't want anything to do with me. I'll never shop there again.

We saw a commercial for Sam Leman of Peoria on June 29th and decided we need to go look at their inventory of Dodge Ram 1500's. So on the 30th, we took the 100 mile trip to Peoria to check out their inventory. We have owned Rams for 25 years and they are our go to vehicle. When we arrived at Sam Leman we were meet almost immediately by Ryan Gaines who went above and beyond our expectations to show us all the trucks that I asked to see and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted in a truck. He checked with us the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchase and encouraged us to contact him if we had any questions regarding our vehicle. I highly recommend Sam Leman Peoria and Ryan Gaines.

Andrew was amazing to work with. Very honest and upfront. We love out of town and he sent us a video of the car detailing even the slightest scratch. No hassle, doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Best car buying experience, quick and easy, not all day like most places. Highly recommend!
