Sam's Club Tire & Battery offers tire services and a wide selection of products. Reviews mention a convenient location and highlight specific offerings like fresh squeezed orange juice and the four berry sundae at the food court. Some customers report excellent and helpful service, describing it as the best they've received. Others note positive experiences with friendly managers who solve issues. However, there are also reports of inconsistent service, including unhelpful staff and difficulties contacting the optical department by phone. Some customers wish for additional amenities like an attached gas station.
Great price on tires, free repair and rotations, excellent service, and cheap pizza while you wait! What more can you ask for?

I cannot get anyone to answer the optical phone or the main phone. there is no answering machine. they did not measure my progressive glasses correctly and I cannot getvthem to answer the phone. I live 35 miles from the club so I would like to just call them before driving that far
