  They took the money out of my account and wouldn’t send me my insurance card. I had to call and email multiple times to get my card 8 days after my policy started. Then they sent me my first bill that was due 16 days after paying my first payment of almost 400 so I asked for a refund and I’ll switch companies. I’ve waited 2 weeks for an email or call back from the manager and still haven’t received it. They stated my insurance was canceled the exact day I sent the paperwork in but again couldn’t even send a card out without hounding them and getting it over a week later. And my refund won’t be processed for 60 days but they could immediately take out money and immediately cancel my insurance but take forever to refund my money. Scam company and a joke for management. Insurance King was less money, I got my card immediately, and I didn’t have to pay 16 days later. Save a lot of hassle and avoid this company!
  Edit to add** my insurance is through my married name, which is Friday so look again, not my email lmao I’m not advertising for any company, just warning people not to get scammed by your company. And funny, I just spoke to your general manager yesterday. Not because he finally called me back to do reputable business but only because I wrote this review and he still didn’t fix anything!
