Hi! Just took our 2024 CX-5 Signature Turbo for scheduled maintenance to our dealer Scherer Mazda. Our service consultant Ash Grebner took great care of our service needs. Besides the standard service Ash & the service tech identified a brake rubbing noise issue, & resolved it! I cannot thank the entire service team for the world class service provided to us. 3 trips to get an oil leak fixed. Spoke to manager after last visit and hope they are good at keeping there word. All is good for now.

Really effortless buying experience. No high pressure sales tactics, just fair deals on good cars. They did a great job of getting me into the right car for my needs and got me going quickly in a clean, high quality, and well priced vehicle.
Id like to especially mention Micheal Pleasants and Simon Gayed (salesman and manager) for doing all the legwork to get me approved for the new vehicle at a really good rate. Im not an easy customer and I had unique needs, these two sale professionals took this in stride, and made my business feel valued, and helped me to get the best possible car for that value.
I would reccomend that anyone who is on the fence about buying a car from them simply reach out to an employee here, and see if they cant make what you need work.
Would rate better than 5 stars if I could.

I went in to find out why my check engine light was on, but without asking, they did a full car inspection for an hour and a half. I'm sure the inspection was good (though longer because they were busy and overscheduled,) and the staff is pleasant, so I won't give the 1 star review I desperately want to. It just sucks to go to a dealer that had always treated you well and come out unable to afford groceries. $175 to plug a device into my car and then piddle around without even asking.
