Prices are much higher than anyone else in town. That, and I bought a cheeseburger from their hot case a few weeks ago. It said it was made less than 30 minutes ago- which isn't exactly fresh, but it should have still been edible. It was as hard and dry as a hockey puck. I could barely bite through it. Another time, I bought a premade chicken alfredo meal from their deli. It said it would be good for another 2-3 days. I opened it the next day for lunch, and it was already moldy.
So basically, their prices are very high, and the meals they make in house are of very poor quality.

Even though a number of items are higher in price than other stores, I continue to shop for the atmosphere and friendly/helpful staff members.

This store has gone down hill since they started remodeling. The past 2 times I’ve been there I’ve gotten home only to realize the produce is rotten. First was rotten grapes, second was a 5lb bag of potatoes. Last week I got 2 French loaves from the bakery that were expired. Do better.

It is convenient but prices can be high vs competitors. I'm not a fan of the new remodel which requires you to walk through the entire store.

I really like this store. Clean, carries nice deli selection and has favorites pre- packaged...great when you are in a hurry. I like the salami. I also found Imo's provel cheese if u r into making homeade pizza. If u use the app Upside, you always get % back at Schnucks. Schnucks has good sales too.

I absolutely loved this grocery store, spent an hour in there, they have an endless produce section, with perfect produce everywhere, bought lots of meats and cheeses that our small town stores do not carry. Looking forward to working in the Peoria area again so I can shop at this Schnucks again.

Alcohol is a little overpriced, but everything else is wonderful and the store is clean. They even carry some hard-to- find items, like Milnot.
