I'm generally understanding when gas stations experience temporary issues like pump failures or not having the specific octane I need (93). However, in the last six months, I've consistently encountered problems at this Shell station. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

they never have gas. charged me for gas & it didnt go through said they “werent able to refund me” for it. 0/10 horrible🙃

There are several things about this gas station that are super sketchy. I’ve never seen where they eliminated out one complete grade of gasoline and for some reason, they don’t take credit cards at the pump.

Don’t even bother stopping at this gas station1. There is almost never any gas, they always have sticky notes that say the gas is empty. When it’s cold the pumps don’t work, they are certainly not properly maintained2. ATM almost never works. I’ve stopped even going here because the ATM never has any money in it3. There is a hucks right across the street which never has any of these issues, just go across the street if you need gas4. This gas station does not sell alcohol so don’t stop in for a 6 pack

So I stopped there five min late to work already and decided to get gas….pump said see cashier, while at counter I asked to purchase a pack of smokes and ten bucks for gas. My card was denied so I looked up on my card app to find I had been drained of all funds without purchasing any gas or smokes. Over 50 was taken on a Friday night. I showed the cashier the evidence that the funds had been removed by their store less than a minute previously and he denied me any merchandise and did not refund me. So being that it was a Friday, I’m now short a shift at work and no money for up to 7 days!!! Beyond upset

They run out of gas regularly. From the looks of the state of this gas station, they probably can’t afford to refill it as soon as it’s out.

Rude employee. The pump I used malfunctioned and when I told her she said the pumps are only machines and of course they will malfunction.

I was meeting a lady to get baby stuff and I had a 20 and needed a 10. I go into shell and asked if she could break it she said no so I was going to buy a loto ticket she says "you're going to buy something with a smile on your face to get change" I replied with a" yes?" She then tells me and my daughter to get out she isn't selling us anything there's a bank down the road...

Hit massive pot hole on way in, popped tire/bent wheel possibly, asked counter clerk for info on road owner and business owner, was rude and refused to give me any information telling me I cant file a claimWas also out of uniform half hour before close

I've been to this location twice and each time the door is locked. The first time the sign says be "back in 20mins". Second time the worker locks the door shortly after me paying for my gas. Well, since there was a problem with the pump I needed some assistance, pulled the door to go back in and it was locked "seriously" what is it with this location locking doors during business hours.
