Awesome experience! Special shout-out to Chris! We went in with only an idea of what we wanted and we didn’t feel very confident about it. Chris shared pictures and explained the nuances of paint colors to us. We left feeling confident and excited with the color we chose and even got inspiration for additional projects. Highly recommend if you’re looking for advice on a project. Chris knows her stuff!

Worker there was Very untrained for customer service. they made me come back two times because he said he was able to get a color done and after getting there he said there’s only one thing he can do and it’s for tomorrow morning and then a few minutes after that he said I’ll maybe it’s a couple days he made me feel like he didn’t wanna get me what I was asking for and I wish she was just straight up in the beginning so I didn’t waste my time. Now on my way to Menards to see if they will take care of me.

Unfortunately I didn't receive very good service when I visited the store today. I went in with a list of paint colors I needed and was prepared to buy 17 gallons of paint for a large home project. However, there was only one guy working and when he was finished with the customer before me, I assumed he'd be able to help me. When I finally approached him asking for assistance, he acted like it was an inconvenience to help me and basically told me he was too busy with other orders to help me. I looked at products/prices a little longer but when I couldn't get any assistance, I decided to leave and brought my business to Lowe's instead.Maybe he was just really busy and I caught him at a bad time but I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of customer service I received today and likely won't return.

When I need paint or paint supplies, I always go to Sherwin-Williams. The employees are always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, and they don't push high-end paints on you if you really don't need it. Great selection of paint colors for whatever purpose you need, as well as wide variety of accessories including wallpaper. I did visit another store for paint but was disappointed and once again bought what I needed from SW.
