I've never been in an unprofessional Tmobile like this one before! The worst customer service ever! Can you imagine asking for information and being treater in a rude way! How come big corp like T-mobile doesn't evaluate their employees! It seems like nobody here like their job!Because of these people I'm closing my account with them and switching for an other service that would appreciate my business line with over 29 employees!Never again with you Tmobile!What a joke!

A 0 start to a bunch of idiots that work in this store , unprofessional, rude , racist, have no clue how to run a business, they can’t explain to you the charges up front until they get your info and make you pay to surprise you with an additional charges they can’t even explain, please do your self a favor and don’t go to this store , you will get ripped off , this is totally a scam and fraud, I called the corporate to complain Im following up on this even if It’s take me to fill out a civil law suit against them .

My wife went to another store about a phone problem 2 days in a row for an hour and a half each time. Younger people not too concerned about doing their job. No results. So I took the phone to T mobile on Sterling because of their 5 star rating and OMG I was stunned. The manager had it fixed in 30 seconds! Pleasant people, very polite. If you ever need phone help this is the place to go. I very highly recommend this store!

I had to go and exchange a phone and I was worried that I was going to be there for a long time. I walked in and was greeted by the manager who was so nice and kind. He quickly got started on my exchange and I was able to finish my exchange in under 20 minutes. I will definitely return to this store when I need a new phone.

I have someone on my contacts that's Declined every time he calls. He has gone threw a few times even tho he's declinedI've never declined himI've talked to someone 3 times at different stores. And 3 times to customers service and no one knows why he's being declined He's the only one that is. This has been going on for 2 Mos. I guess iam just going to switch to a different company..

My experience yesterday was awesome. Keante assisted me along with two other associates. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to transfer my number over to my new T-Mobile service. He also is a great salesman! I made purchases I didn’t initially think I would lol. The vibe in the store was friendly. Great start being a new customer!

Most stores would say you need just the ID for a sprint user to get a T-mobile sim. But these guys insist on said person being an authorized user. Guess they just didn’t wanna work.
