I arrived at their location at 10:00 a.m. precisely and waited outside the door for 15 minutes. It says on the door that their hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and yet no one was there. Very poor way to run a business.

The workers seem very incompetent on what they should be qualified for to be working at a electronic store. The assistant manager or what she claimed to be was very rude and super unhelpful.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEAbigail Roy was very courteous and took the time to explain everything she did which made for a very pleasurable experience.She made sure that we received the best plan for our needs. I would recommend this store at Peoria, IL, Grand Prairie for doing business with T-Mobile. Store could use a sit-down area for customers and reps to discuss services.

Isaac at this store was INCREDIBLE both over the phone and in person when my Samsung phone just went dark. He was friendly and helpful on the phone and was just the same in person. As a certified technician he was able to diagnose and reconfigure my phone to get it back to working order very quickly. I appreciated his patience and kindness as he worked on my phone. Been a T-Mobile customer for years and will continue to be based on my experiences over the years.

Good entry level job for those looking to come into sales, but this location I wouldn’t recommend. There’s one guy in there who knows what he’s doing named daniel. Not sure of the others. They’re are all new hires including the manager. As a former employee I was left alone multiple times on the sales floor with no help and proper training. You are highly expendable but will have astronomical expectations on a daily. The location has a history of fraudulent transactions so you will be watched like a hawk at all times by cameras and will be asked questions a lot based on what they’re looking at from the other side of the screen. A employer quit and once I notified the manager he keeps asking me what our conversation was over the cameras as if that’s his business! The district manager gives you more paranoia on his visits rather than motivation. pay is 12$/hr with capped commission so anyone with sales experience I wouldn’t recommend this t-mobile to you! They also put things on customer’s account unbeknownst to them.

Don't play w me. Play w ya mama. People here like to play. And thats the issue. Terrible customer service. The communication was off. I tried speaking with the manager and he made everything worse. My issue has not been resolved and ive been talking with him for about a month now And have been just getting the run around. I'd love to speak with the owner or corporate about this issue.

This location!!!! I am so ultimately happy with the outcome of my visit here because of the service we got here. I came in with a mouthful of questions. This team was fun and informative. I will be bringing over my business lines because they made me feel like I can finally trust my phone company. I felt like more than just another sale. Highly recommend to all my business friends. All-in-all thanks for the experience; rest assured we will be back.

The T-Mobile team at this store was very welcoming and fun. We went in for the internet service and our expert Dan was sure to inform us of the promotion for a new tablet that we got our daughter for her Easter basket! Highly recommended store!!! Working in retail myself, I know how important good customer service is and we were definitely provided that!

I came in to t-mobile dreading the trip but the staff was incredible this time. You can tell that this store must have made some big changes. The staff looked happier than I've ever seen them and they were nothing short of helpful. Highly recommend this location! Kuddos to miss Alicia and Mr. Brandon for going out of their way to help me. Will make the extra 20 minute drive just to come to this location for the service!

Very helpful staff ready to help once you walk in. Which I really needed at the time.I came in frustrated with Xfinity Mobile failing me with a replacement SIM since they turned me away to use their useless automated service. I walk into T Mobile and they hooked me up with a new device in under 30 min. I’ve been calling Xfinity Mobile for weeks only to waste time and money. I’m excited for my new T Mobile service :)
