My couch is only a year and a half. I have a few minor damage and a bord packing threw the back. Called the store and got information that a bankruptcy was filed so they could not help. I called the warenty company and told I was covered for damage and over two week was requested to send photos. Then I was told they won't cover the damage per my warenty they only cover stains. I paid extra for a warenty for nothing because it was only goid for a year but was told instore it was 5..never again

It was amazing working with Veronica. She was very patient and suggested a lot of good ideas. She also took her time explaining the different credit cards and programs offered here at The Room Place. She helped us find items that were in our price range and even provided the possibilities of payments depending upon the type of credit card and terms of that card. She additionally helped us reserve our total price for furniture by allowing us to opt into the price lock feature here at The Room Place. Veronica had great service and should be recommended for a raise immediately.
