Every time we order online there is some type of problem. Also I asked the cashier for help with online pickup. She was just standing there doing nothing. Was told everyone was busy and they were short handed. I went back to wait for someone and 2 people walked out from the back. Obviously not busy at all.

Just discovered our little country store of tractor supply promotes drag Queen story hour in Waco Texas so their ESG score will be higher. If you care about your children or your family's children or children in general I would take your business elsewhere! God save this country now! Was in store and paid for a $1000 kennel fencing; paid for delivery same day and Amanda confirmed with store manager by phone that delivery would be tomorrow “at the latest”. Next day their delivery service “Roadie” shows up with the wrong item. I call the store and speak with Jill who tells me to send them back with it and they will send them back with the right one. 2 hours later no one has shown up so I call the store and Jill is gone for the day and the “manager” says everyone who was dealing with the delivery is gone for the day and “I guess call back tomorrow”. Horrible customer service!!! And I still have no item.
