“I was greeted by the owner and immediately taken care of. I explained my situation of my oil and of my engine not working well he had investigated and said that I was down 2 1/2 quarts and that I needed a new battery. Wow I got it was done in no time I was able to go onto my rest of my day happy he also suggested I go and have my air pumped in because I had bought my tires from Costco and he said you should do it right away because it’s getting colder by the day. “We took our daughters car here because she was having transmission issues. They looked over the car for free and diagnosed the issue efficiently. We are very new to Illinois so finding someone took some digging on our own. I cannot tell you how happy we are with our decision on going with Pioneer Park Transmission! Parts had to be ordered before any work could be done. It went smoothly and quicker than I anticipated. “10 out of 10 definitely recommend I have an affinity for older Chevy/GM vehicles. I brought my older Malibu to him I thought I needed a tune up turns out it needed something far less invasive and less expensive. Doug knows his stuff. If your car means a lot to you bring it here he treated my 25 year old car like it was new off the lot. My husband is also very happy with the work he has done as well... We are bringing it back next week for a pulley replacement. I'm super happy! this car is driving like a Cadillac! This is a very honest guy and a very honest business.
