I brought my older Malibu to him I thought I needed a tune up turns out it needed something far less invasive and less expensive. Doug knows his stuff. If your car means a lot to you bring it here he treated my 25 year old car like it was new off the lot. My husband is also very happy with the work he has done as well... “We took our daughters car here because she was having transmission issues. They looked over the car for free and diagnosed the issue efficiently. We are very new to Illinois so finding someone took some digging on our own. I cannot tell you how happy we are with our decision on going with Pioneer Park Transmission! Parts had to be ordered before any work could be done. It went smoothly and quicker than I anticipated.
