“A honest, and intelligent mechanic! We took our 2011 Chevy traverse into for a diagnostic. Symptoms were hard shifting between 1 and 2. He took time outta his day to call me and get all the necessary background information, and he couldn’t have been more polite. He does the diagnosis and gives us a call, telling us the news nobody wants to hear right… He explained everything honestly and in a professional way. He (to the detriment of his own pockets) told us “hey it might be time to trade this one off” I really appreciated his honesty with the whole thing! You’re not gonna find this level of honesty from corporate dealerships… and honestly sometimes you need a professional to gently guide you into the right choice, when you’re dealing with something so complex.
