“Very friendly and accommodating staff. Since my old truck is rusty and falling apart, I rented a truck to haul my trailer. When I got back home to pick up my trailer I found out the hitch receiver is 2 1/2" instead of 2" like on older trucks. I went back and they gave me an adapter but it wouldn't work. So I asked if I could return the truck, get partial refund (I didn't really expect it) and reschedule later with a different truck. They gave me full refund and a discount on the next rental. I was extremely grateful and impressed.”
