My wife brought our Suburban in for an oil change like we normally do. Two things happened that were very frustrating.1. It took over an hour for an oil change. Something that should take about 20 minutes when we have an appointment.2. After she left she had several places to go. I got a call several hours after she left saying the vehicle had low power and had all sorts of warnings going off.She met me where I was so I could look at it. I plugged in an OBDII scanner and found 3 active codes all related to intake manifold air pressure and no flow across the sensor.I opened the hood and found that the hose that should connect the air filter box to the intake manifold was not connected and was pointed straight down. The dealer had just “dusted” my engine. Dust and debris from inside the engine compartment and a few hours of driving has removed an unknown amount of my engine life.

Their service is ok but takes forever chuck is great but does not know how to deal with customers too well he gets the jobs done but is not very informing my Camaro has been there several times and it’s always been this way i would like to see him improve

Tena Nichelson was is my sales person? She was professional and courteous. She sold me a car that met my needs and I appreciate her for that. Other dealerships were more interested in making the sale then they were selling me what I needed so I appreciate Uftring Weston Chevrolet for selling me what I needed. I’m very pleased with the car.

Our sales consultant, Braedon Starberg was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, honest (believe it or not) while we were looking at a few vehicles for my wife. They had a great selection of 3rd row SUVS. I know we were a pain to deal with but he was extremely professional during the whole process. Will definitely be going here asking for Braedon for assistance when I’m in the market for my truck. Every step of the process was smooth thanks to this great team.

Update: I was fortunate to have found the vehicle I was looking for at Uftring-Weston Cadillac in Peoria. My sales rep Tena was well prepared, informative and very nice. We agreed on a price and they made a concerted effort to make the purchase simple. Another note to their credit, Tena would not let the vehicle go until she was satisfied it was both clean and mechanically sound. Also met Gary Uftring (co-owner) and complimented him on his staff. I’ll go back.

Staff was very kind I didn't have a ride home pre-planned and I live a ways away so I brought my computer. One of the attendants (Debbie) for guest area noticed me get my computer out and asked if I wanted a private office to work. I was so shocked by the kindness I stuttered yes...yes that would be nice. She even got me a cup of coffee too. Awesome service!!!

Along with all the people that work there that I've know for decades, the new people I met where very friendly and helpful. I'm very thankful they sold me a new Corvette for MSRP, and didn't jack the price up like most dealers are doing. Special thanks to Kathy and Matt for keeping me so closely informed with the build progress of my car. Thanks again to everyone that helped with the purchase of my car. Definitely recommend Uftring Weston as a dealership to purchase a new or preowned vehicle!

Highly disappointed in the service !! I do understand that it wasn't them theirselves but one employee. When you're told that they have to drop the fuel tank and empty it . And then you need spark plugs on top of that. Almost $800 so we did it on their suggestion. Daughter went to pick up her vehicle. Only to be able to drive a short while. Vehicle broke down again. This time towed to a different place. For the service work to be double checked and finished correctly. Yes I know it was your employee but it was still a mistake that he did not do it properly. We will definitely not be going back there. I should have argued the point showed the proof and get partial refund but it's just not worth it these days. Just learning your lesson and move to a different place. We will be definitely not using our warranty through this department. Shame on you

Here is what I don't like about the car buying process. You are at the last stage of ownership. You finally agree on a price that both parties are happy with. Your last step is meeting with the finance person. You have already agreed to a price and then the finance person starts talking about warranty. You already have a 3 year 0r 36,000 mile warranty and then they try to talk you into a 5 year warranty or 7 year warranty. So now you have to refigure all your payments again. Why can't this be discussed prior to meeting with finance person? Then you are all set. Just when you think you are all set with the final price, the finance person tries to increase the warranty. Why can't this be discussed as you are discussing the final price. Then you know exactly where you are at. it makes me mad.

Spencer did a great job. I had looked at a Treverse 1st but really was more interested in a Radiant Red Blazer. Just so happened a few days later he got one on the lot and called me right away! I took a test drive. Then a couple days later I got my husband to come and take a test drive! We both loved it. We feel Spencer worked hard to give us a good deal. He wasn't pushy and was very friendly and polite! And very helpful and patient with us on the techy stuff. Every one else we were in contact with was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you all for making our experience such an easy and enjoyable one! No pressure! That's the way it should be!! We will definitely be recommending Uftring Weston to friends and family! Thank you all! Especially Spencer! Such a nice young man!!

My salesperson, Sandy, was very patient and helpful as I looked my car over and took a test drive.Sandy and the financial person stayed a little later that day so we could finish up paperwork.After the sale - two days later - Sandy worked with me for atleast 2 hours to get me accustomed with my car's accessories.I didn't have a DVD to check out the player. But, other salespeople did assist in the instructions.So far, a very good experience. ?
