WHen you got to the lake Ave store there is one cashier who follows you around and stares at you like you are going to steal something. I was so uncomfortable with her accusatory ways. I refuse to go back in that store, and I won't go to any Ulta store because of her.

The shopping experience was fine. The employees on the floor helped me with what I needed. However the cashier was too lazy to help me find the right size of eyebrow tint for the the b1g1 sale and overcharged me by $16 for a full size product when all I needed was the mini. She could have easily had someone help. She also pushed the store credit card 3 TIMES. After I told her no. The first NO. should have sufficed. her name was Zoe. I understand that you have a credit card quota to meet, but take the time to respect you clients boundaries.

My co-worker and I went into the store to look for a face mask. I showed the store associate. It wasn’t one they carried. Remind you I work right next store. So we were in our work attire. I decided to check out the perfume. - as I’m looking to purchase some. So I was followed to this section. Asked if I needed assistance. I told them no. My co-worker and I both did. So we go around smelling the perfumes. I’m then approached several times while looking for the right perfume. It made me uncomfortable. As I told them I would let them know. So because of the constant harassment. We go look for other items to buy. Followed again. Then followed back to the perfume - once again because I’m looking to buy some and I was asked “can I get something out of the case for you”. I work in customer service. This wasn’t customer service this was profiling and it made us both extremely uncomfortable and upon it still making us uncomfortable I felt the need to write this review. Because I’m so uncomfortable I left without my purchase and am hesitant to even go back. I came in as a dog groomer after a long day. If you feel the need to harass and follow paying customers in this way because you’re so fearful they can’t afford your products you shouldn’t sell them.

Was in the store for 20 minutes not one can I help you like the other shoppers was greeted went by the clinique section and the lady ran over so fast acting like she was doing something to her surprise after having a conversation I wasn't who she thought I was then was welcomed with a smile after purchasing items with my platinum card I'm sure she felt like a idiot. I've heard customers no longer shopping in peoria and going to east peoria instead as I usually do definitely won't be going back to this store with funny acting employees

Went in excited to grab some items but unfortunately felt quite uncomfortable. Upon entering I was never greeted, despite others entering after me getting a warm welcome. As I perused the aisles I passed multiple employees including a manager, but was never asked if I needed assistance. I felt an air of aggression, and if you’re a POC you know exactly what I mean.

After the experience I had, I needed to leave a review. I went in to find my foundation shade and I was really struggling to find it. I eventually asked Mira for help, and she was more than willing to do so. She listened, was willing to test multiple brands, explained exactly what she did to blend, and most importantly, she FOUND MY MATCH. I mean it absolutely perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I just wanted to thank her for her amazing customer service and her kindness. 5 stars to Mira.

I came in to shop around for concealer and Denya helped me pick out the perfect shade. She knew I was new to makeup and was very patient with me. Denya knew a lot about all the different brands. Her customer service was top tier. Thanks Denya for everything.
