After running around for a notary, we went to UPS at West Lake near the mall and Monica was great! Also, we needed the paper printed so Raghu said he would do it! Love him!

I needed to get a few documents notarized, and the UPS store was able to help me take care of my documents. Monica was super nice, professional, and friendly. You have to appreciate full service shops like this. 🌟

Honestly by far the worst branch in the area. Every time I go in here its absolute chaos. This past time I ran an estimate online which told me 18$. I go in & the girl tells me 80. I told her there was no way and she did somehow get it down to 40 but still. The prices here are way WAY higher than other branches in the area. The centerway drive one is awesome so I doubt the prices are that much higher 5 miles away. Secondly. My package sat without even saying a label was created for TWO DAYS. It was not resolved until it was escalated. I tried to call them personally twice before that point and both times the gentleman was beyond rude, talking over me, rushing off the phone and didnt even take a tracking number to try to check that they had it. Please just save the headache and go to one of the other branches.

The staff is always friendly. The only reason they lost one point was because of the wait. Times are usually quite long. But once you get to the front of the line, you're out of there in no time.

Went to UPS store on Lake St in Peoria to mail an envelope to my nephew who just had a new baby. We sent them a $200 gift card. UPS delivered the card to the wrong address. When we went to the UPS store to let them know that the package was delivered to the wrong address, the clerk at the store said we could not be reimbursed for the card, since we did not pay to have the package insured. I get that, but then said HE would file a claim, for UPS to reimburse us for $100, the max amount they pay out when a package is lost that is not insured. BTW, having it insured wouldn't have helped, as we are told, UPS doesn't reimburse for gift cards. They insisted they would file a claim, but never did. After a few days when I didn't get notification from UPS for the filed claim, I called them again, and was lied to, again, saying they filed a clam. I went to the UPS site myself to check, found out they had not filed a claim, as they claimed, and found out I could file the claim myself, and did. The point here is the UPS store was deceptive, lying to me about having filed a claim on my behalf when they KNEW they did not. They could have just told me from the beginning I could do it myself if for whatever reason they didn't want to do it, but their focus was getting me out of the store, nevermind the fact that I would never be reimbursed, by having me believe that the claim was already in process when they knew it wasn't. Also, when I went there initially to send the package, another clerk was so disinterested in processing my package delivery request he missed steps, and had to be told by the manager who happened to be standing nearby. Overall this was a bad experience. The clerk said the manager would call me, but never did. I know UPS stores are franchises and not part of UPS per se, but I will never deal with this store again. The service is poor, they are dishonest, and clearly don't care about their customers. If I could give them negative stars for dishonesty, I would. There are other UPS stores in the Peoria area, go there.

I returned an Amazon package in the original bag it came in. They forced me to buy an envelope in order to return the item. The original Amazon package had the original UPS sticker on it. The store associate would not place a new sticker over the knew one.

I went in to return an Amazon package and was charged $2 just because I didn’t tape the box — even though I saw at least three other return customers ahead of me with untaped boxes who weren’t charged anything. It felt unfair and inconsistent. Disappointing experience.
