“I had the pleasure of working with Melinda during my car shopping. She was very communicative, polite, and was willing to go the extra step if I needed any additional information. I drove 7 hours to pick up a car from her. Skylar (sorry if I misspelled the name) was also extremely nice and helped with the purchasing process. Great service and Great people.”

“Fantastic customer service, Pedro himself always is extremely helpful and in my experience can take a look at your car same-day or next to run a diagnostic. I’ve had multiple issues resolved here and they are very transparent with your options. For example, my hood latch issue causing alarms could’ve been my connector or the entire latch system. They fixed my cable without needing any parts, only labor. Very helpful and honest business, highly recommend!”

“When I contacted Jaguar of Peoria online to inquire about a car, the sales exec, Victor Reed, responded immediately - and from that point forward was continually helpful in ensuring I received all the information I needed about the car. Additionally, he negotiated a fair price when I was ready to trade in my car and purchase the new one. And most significantly, he coordinated delivery of the car to my home in Chicago because I ended up too sick to travel to Peoria when it came time to pick it up. He and the rest of the team at the dealership have gone above and beyond to close this deal and bring me a terrific car, a gorgeous red ‘24 F-Pace P400, right to my front door. Truly, a wonderful purchasing experience from start to finish, and I’d gladly go out of my way to Jaguar of Peoria again when I’m ready to buy my next one. Thanks Victor, thanks Dan (who delivered my car), and thanks everyone else!!”

“The staff here was beyond incredible. A month ago I stopped in, frustrated with my car, Julio was cool, calm, and gave a genuine spirit off. Didn't hound me, didnt try to sell me on anything, just listened to me vent about my car. THAT is what brought me back, the next time I came to look, the young man who was sweet as pie was the same way. Not hounding or pushy, so then the 3rd time I came I bought my car. They even followed me to the oil shop and were going to pay for an oil change. The car is drives like a million dollars, and the experience eas great. Genuinely good people.... ive told everyone I know about this place! I truly appreciate these men.”

“I’ve had two cars Simonized by John. He goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. McCormick Auto Place also sold two vehicles for me on consignment. From start to finish the process was stress free and they achieved excellent results. Great to work with and would highly recommend!”

“Bought tires down at Neal’s to last me till winter when I get new sets. In the process, Neal’s recommended these guys for tire balance and rotation for the old to new and they do dispose (of course at charge). Worth it! Done in maybe 20-30 minutes and did great work even if it was just on a tire swap and rotate. Thankful for small town styled work like this! Highly recommend!”

“Got my car here. Good running car, minor issues which I only had to replace the brakes. Other than that it's a good place to get a car for a reasonable price”

“Steve in service handled the CV axle and strut mount repair very well. With two separate suspension related concerns involved, he kept the details clear and made sure the information stayed organized. His communication was professional, direct, and easy to follow. Steve came across as steady, fair, and focused on getting the repair handled the right way without making the process more complicated than needed.”

“I was in Illinois from Ohio, I had driven over a screw, they were able to see me immediately, they found a new tire for me, my trip home was delayed one day. They were so friendly, and SO accommodating. I can't tell you how pleased I have been with the staff, service and affordable service.”
