“This is a really cool store. It's got TONS of records from all genres. Reaonably priced too. The owner is super knowledgeable about music and his inventory. Just ask. There is also vintage Levi's and other brand name jeans. If you had time to find the perfect pair, he has a fitting room. There is jewelry, books, purses, really cool ladies watches. My 14 year old daughter and I love the place.”
“A large selection of nice, beautiful clothes, shoes, and other accessories-- all priced affordably! All in great condition or brand new with tags still attached. There is plenty of room to shop and spacious dressing rooms to try on your selections. The staff is always friendly, and I love the uplifting music they play in the background!”
“We love Bushbaby! Bethany is very personable. Always patient and helpful especially when it comes to trying on children’s shoes. She’s gone out of her way to order out of stock items. I always have a difficult time getting my kids out of the store. Our favorite place for quality kid shoes and and outerwear!”
“We like the Restore and have found many reasonably priced items for remodeling projects. We checked the holiday hours on the website as we planned to come from out of town and shop for some upcoming remodeling needs. The website said the store would be closed Dec.23-26, 2023 and would reopen on Dec. 27. This seemed reasonable as we want all people to have the opportunity to rest and celebrate, and since the store is usually closed on Mondays, which was Christmas day, it seemed only right they should receive Tuesday off. We were surprised and disappointed to see a computer printed paper on the door stating the store would be closed through the New Year's holiday when we arrived today, December 27. We planned our entire day around coming to Peoria to shop. Please keep the website up to date with store hours.”
“Clothes Mentor is a great place to turn in items for your closets and make more space in your wardrobe. What I like about Clothes Mentor is that you can bring in clothing, and accessories and traid them in for cash or store credit. It's where I like to bring my clothes that I don't wear as often or anymore. I've brought items from my wardrobe that weren't accepted because the items dont fit the current season but that staff is always kindly encourages me to bring them back in at a later time.
Clothes Mentor is also where I like to go first when I'm looking to add to my wardrobe. I really like finding a pre-loved item that fits my style and adding it to my wardrobe!
