Good experience the clerks are really helpful to find me what type of envelope suits me to send documents. They have different type of envelope to choose from including tracking and non tracking. Wheelchair accessible parking is available.

This place does nothing but lie, it said my package was dropped off at 9:50am instead of the package the note said unknown addressee, so the package was returned to sender, I called immediately the girl told me at the desk it was actually delivered a couple days ago and was already sent back. My note was dropped off 10 mins ago and tried to act like it didn’t. Like stop lying and do your job!!!!!!!!! Like you do realize we are shown the dates and times where the packages are ??? nice try tho lady, now instead of calling and getting it fixed correctly I have to wait for them to return the package would they could of corrected the issue right on the phone. Mind you, she put me on hold and called the delivery driver and asked why they didn’t drop it off.

absolutely horrible. i went to get my passport, mind you i made an appointment and it stated to arrive 10 minutes before. i arrived 15 minutes before. the door to the passport was closed and locked so i told the people working in the other room i was there and they said someone would be with me at my appointment time. 15 minutes past my appt time, so i had been waiting a half hour. definately going somewhere else for my passport!

Don’t ever use the US post office for your business, as you see in the picture the package should’ve been delivered to our customer on Friday the 27 of October, and so far after 17 days customer hasn’t received it yet. The distance between our business and the customer is less than 100 miles.

This November 2023 that delivers North Prospect Rd area Lady mail carrier took my important package and put it on my neighbor's porch, and I sent out important documents that never made it to it's destination, I've never had any trouble with USPS in Tazewell county, guess it's just Peoria.? Do better.
