“This place has become very overcrowded with stuff, which is good to keep people looking around and eventually buying more stuff. But too many people. The layout needs some work if there are gonna be lots of people. Also, they have those self checkout lanes, but there’s always an employee there to ring you up. I’m not sure why there’s a bunch of those lanes that are all closed but one or two. Then you have to wait in line until the cashier is done with the current customer. Just get normal registers?”

“First time going to this five below location and I was impressed with how clean and organized it was! The Customer Service was great as they greeted everyone that walked through the door. The only thing I was disappointed by it was that there were some shelves that were definitely there, but I think it’s because of how busy they are and that they just opened so that they’re still trying to keep everything in stock. There was definitely a line to come prepared knowing that since it’s a new location that they are going to be busy.”
