Jake is the guy that you want to work with at this store. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped resolve an ongoing problem we have had since 2023. I had attempted to work on this several times, but with no success. Jake’s customer service is absolutely outstanding! We would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.
And we thought that customer service was dead! Certainly not at this store! Thanks so very much Jake for all of your work to get our account and devices going in the right direction! You are awesome!! 👍😀

I started my relationship with TCC Verizon approximately two years ago. What used to be my worst experience was going to corporate store, Verizon. Jake ,Ethan, and all other TCC sales people have been fantastic. It gives me faith in Customer Service again.
