Awful service. Been Verizon customer for many many years, went in to upgrade my phone got told the only way to upgrade was to sign up for a much more expensive plan. Seriously think the guy that helped me was trying to push a plan and thought I'd be like ok. Nope, changing my service tired of Verizon, and this store and the guy that "helped" me are the reason.

On a resent visit my wife was given the runaround by telling her that she made a mistake ( on the initial visit I was Present)

This two star is for the price. The employee was very helpful and took care of what I needed. I went in for my upgrade long over due. Got my new phone was charged 76.00 for my screen protector. I questioned the price to be told it was life time I wish I had thought about this. Lol my bad on that. I looked this exact same screen protector for half the price 30.00 amazon!! Do better Verizon been going here since 2007!

Been having issues with service even after a replacement phone. Went back in and I was told to call Samsung or add another line for an IPhone. I'm one person so that makes about sense. 👌

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Me and my girlfriend went in to look what promos were being offered and buy a phone. The women Julie I believe was her name was rude from the start. No people skills and extremely rude. I stepped outside to talk to a friend who works at another store just to compare what offers his store had and she refused to show my girlfriend what they could offer and told us we were wasting her time and that she works on commission (mind you no one else was in the store). I asked for the manager I believe his name was Edar who was also extremely rude and had very poor people skills and treated me with nothing but disrespect and said his employee did nothing wrong. I work in Customer Service and I am sorry but to be treated that way was unacceptable. Stay away from this store I promise there are better stores with better employees around the area that will treat you with respect. I am reaching out to the Distract Leader or Regional Leader that's how bad this experience was.

Absolute worst store possible. Three visits to get promotional credit corrected. And the managers took no accountability for repeated errors.

I’m only giving a full star review because the woman, Julie, who helped us out was a trooper through a horrid transfer of account handlers. She did a great job explaining things and dealing with the corporate people on the phone for us.

Extremely helpful. Missed the gentleman's name that helped us. The wife has a medical device that needs paired with her phone. Got a new phone 2 weeks ago, a Bloomington verizon, and they could not get her device to pair. Verizon on Pioneer Parkway got it. The gentleman was very patient and spent over 2 hours to fix it.

Commission over customer in this store.I was told my IPhone was not compatible with their service and they tried to Con me into a new $1000+ Iphone.I’m using my same phone on your service right now.When I’m treated right I don’t forget,just like when I’m treated like this I don’t forget.You have 1 employee that talked to me who was very nice and HONEST,he informed me he only been their for 2 weeks so I don’t blame him but the other employee who tried to con me out of $1000+ almost shut me down on Verizon.Thank God 4 the Chillicothe store.Thanks to them I’m a Verizon customer no thanks 2 you!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Sad that their home internet is not available for our zip code. Also sad that you have to pay to have your new phone setup. However, the phone setup was pretty easy.

This store has low reviews for a reason. Don't bother to go there. Verizon stores within just a few miles provide a lot better service. Buying a new phone should be a good experience.
