I have always found the process of getting a new phone to be rather stressful. Today, however, was a completely different experience. My husband and I were not only pleased with our purchase, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the store. Thank you for transforming what is usually a stressful event into such an enjoyable one! A’mari provided excellent customer service today. His knowledge of the Apple product we were interested in purchasing made our decision easier and the time was way underestimated on our part. We had a great experience at the verizon store getting our new phones and getting everything switch over. Mauricio helped us and we couldn’t have picked a better person.He took his time and helped us with everything we needed to have done.
