After a bad experience this dealership went above and beyond to make it right. I thought customer service was gone, apparently not with them. Thank you so much for fixing the problem with the car! I would absolutely recommend them and will be back ourselves in the future!
We purchased a used car from this dealership at the beginning of June. Today we find out that we have to have repairs on it for an addt $3000. I feel like in less than a month something goes wrong, the dealership should help out with cost of repairs or some sort. I understand the car is used and it’s on us, however less than a month and it’s $3k more, seems like they should step in a bit. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS PLACE! DO NOT BUY USED FROM THEM! Congrats you pulled one over on us!

Took the Atlas in for an oil leak and low coolant level due to some fresh oil stains on the driveway where the vehicle was parked. The Vehicle is under warranty. Service claims no oil leaks detected and their tech drove it and did not have low level coolant come up. OK! The vehicle was picked up and brought home parked it on the other side of the driveway overnight and oil stains the next day. Autohaus was good once upon a time. At this point I'll be dealing with Volkswagen group of America

Bought my used car from Autohaus and had a safety issue after a few months. Aaron in the service department was quick to get the problem resolved. The whole process was easy, quick and painless. Would buy from Autohaus again and have all my vehicles serviced there. Wonderful job.

I just recently purchased my Jetta from autohaus. At first I was fearful that my vehicle would never be the same after I saw the require maintenance on my dash. Sydney assured me that it was perfectly normal given the mileage of my vehicle and educated me on my Volkswagen. Best dealership experience I have ever had! Thank you Sydney and your Volkswagen team for making sure that my vehicle is taken care of 10/10 will be returning for all of my future care of my vehicle.

Looking for a specific VW car I looked up Autohaus and picked Mike Carnegie from the list of salesman and gave him a call. Despite not having the car i was looking for Mike was able to get one in for me in a very reasonable time frame. Because of good communication and preparation on their part, the process of purchasing the car was extremely smooth and quick for me. Mike and everyone at Autohaus was very easy to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience. Mike Carnegie and Steve Brown were fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable, personable, and were able to answer all of my questions. They worked with me to get the deal done, and the process was smooth. The treatment that we received made us feel like we were the only customers there that day(even though we weren't). Will look here first for our next vehicle.
