This is by far the worst pharmacy in the Peoria area. It has been a nightmare for the last 2 years. I transferred all of our prescriptions to a different store and unfortunately that store has since closed so now this was our next option. I was hoping things would be different, but expect to wait way more than you are quoted to wait. Also, the girl with the face piercings and the glasses at the inside counter is extremely rude and over talks customers as they speak.
First I was told my prescription would be ready by 2:00 p.m. . At 1:50 p.m. after waiting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, I was told it would be ready at 2:30 p.m. After 2:45 p.m., I checked again at the drive-thru and they told me it was not yet ready even though it was originally put in at 11:00 a.m. and they told me 90 minutes to begin with. Do not use this pharmacy they need to go out of business!!!!

Pharmacy is terrible!!!! Called to check on my medication and they stated it would be ready in 45 minutes. I went after an hour and now they won't get to it until midday the next day.

They had my prescription order over 24 hours & still no word it was ready. Called to see why and lo and behold it was ready in 15 minutes. Line to pick up was ridiculous. Several customers were told it would be another 2-3 hours before order was ready. Don’t normally go to this pharmacy, but regular one couldn’t have order done when doctor wanted me to start prescription, but guess what this was didn’t either & was extremely slow!! My prescriptions will never be sent to this pharmacy again!

Pharmacy was terrible. I had my doctor call in a prescription. They said they never got it. While I was there waiting I had him call again. He texted me that the pharm tech told him the pharmacists were all gone to lunch for the next 45 minutes. They obviously weren't. I could see them as I was waiting. I figured maybe they were busy. So just waited 20 minutes as they did stuff. After 40 minutes, my doctor said the pharm tech just put him in to voicemail. Why didn't he/she do that originally? When I asked, the pharmacist why they kept my doctor on the phone for 40 minutes only to make him leave a message she got snippy and said we are going to need 30 more minutes. I said I have been waiting 40 minutes already she snarled 30 more minutes. I asked her why are you mad at me? I could've come back tomorrow, but you can't even tell me that it's going to be a while at the beginning. Totally disorganized.

I like browsing the aisles in Walgreens and these guys do offer the crap and candy aisle I love. However I got the wrong prescription (and took a few mystery pills in the parking lot). I read the pack and saw it wasn't my medicine. I went back in. They didn't care much. That could have been a serious accident if i didn't notice. I switched my prescription to another pharmacy.
