I’m from out of town and these guys take an hour and a half to fill one prescription? They need to fire these clowns to get actual people to do the job!

Waited about an hour on hold and then was told the drug I wanted was not available. I told them they had supplied the drug for years- even last month. They said maybe I should call my Dr. It is Friday so I guess I will wait till Monday
I am in a nursing home and don't think things should be this difficult. The Walgreens web site is a disaster and to get a live knowledgeable person on the phone is almost impossible
One star is more than they have earned.

I made 2 vaccine appointments. Received a call that only one was available. Went to the store and completed the QR Code appointment check-in. Heard the staff rudely talking about the people just sitting there not coming up to the counter for their vaccine appointment…someone then said we had to go to the counter to check in. Why the QR code, then?? At the counter we were told that they were out of the vaccine we had received a call as we were walking in the store confirming they had.

I was in and out 3 times. 1st I went in to check on a prescription. Had issues finding it in system. Once found I was sent to wait about 20 minutes. Waited those 20 minutes. Go back in, thinking itd be filled, am told they are having technical difficulties and needed her insurance card. Great, gave them her card. Was told they don't accept that insurance, ok fine. Wanted to pay in cash so went and grabbed cash. They never filled the prescription the first time so I'm told I'll need to wait til they are done with meal break. Ok I understand yall need to eat great. But they also said theyd be closed after another 20 minutes. I told them once already that I am not from the area and unsure of hours of store ect. Wasted my time. Could have told me from the first time u seen the insurance card that it wasn't going to work but instead had me waiting for no damn reason. Still have no medicine for my poor kid. Almost 10 pm now kid finally has medication but the idiots didn't even give us a measuring spoon/applicator so she can't even take it tonight anyways... I'd recommend you go elsewhere for your pharmaceutical needs if possible...

This is the most garbage ass pharmacy I've ever been to the staff are not properly trained the pharmacist hang up on you cuz they don't want to deal with getting the prescriptions right I would not recommend this garbage pharmacy to anybody in Peoria they are rude have an attitude and hang up on you and this is not the first time they click the phone without even answering

I have been waiting since yesterday for my meds. I had them call this pharmacy because the one I generally use is no longer open on weekends. I have tried to contact them several times but the phone said system not working. I finally get a person and I am told it won't be ready until Monday. I needed it yesterday. She then gets me to the pharmacy and the lady on the phone was not friendly at all. Basically told me she could get it in an hour and hung up.
I have been talking about leaving Walgreens for awhile and now it is definitely a done deal!!! The service is horrible and most are not open when you need them!

I was in line well before 11am, waited patiently for her to finish with the other person, she took her time with the person in the lane next to me not communicating with them and just standing there with his prescription in her hand, she stood there for 5 minutes and then sent his prescriptions out once it turned 11am exactly. She then told me they are closed and I will have to come back in 30 minutes. I used to work in the pharmacy at a Walgreens and we never did that to anyone. If you were there before lunch you were helped. I guess I'll be finding a new pharmacy because this location is always having issues doing their jobs, if it's not one thing than it's another.

How do I leave 0 stars? Consistently SEVERELY disappointed with this pharmacy. Forgot to include the insulin with our order, just received the needles.

Twice now the pharmacy staff has walked out and they have had to close the pharmacy. Come on young people. How would you like to work a 12 hour shift and you had to stay another 12 hours because your relief person never showed up. The kids now a days think they cannot work short handed. Buckle down and do your job. I had to work short staff on many jobs. For GODS sake how would you like to take care of 24 Assisted Living people plus 200 independent apartments with emergency call cords, plus 6 villas with only 2 security guards to help you. This was in Arizona kids. My 2nd shift and I was responsible for all those people. Now you want to tell me you are understaffed. Just learn to be polite and not rude as a lot of you have been at the Walgreen's Pharmacy. Be glad you have a job. Keep walking out and I can promise you the corporate office will close the Canton Walgreen's. Do we really want this kids???

My husband tried to pick up a prescription for me which was originally sent to my orginal Walgreens pharmacy. Since they didn't have it. It was sent to this one. Which my husband tried to pick it up. They said that they are waiting for the doctor to approve it. 🤬

This Walgreens is absolutely the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to every time I got to refill my prescription they some how don’t have my insurance on file every time my doctors even send the order over it’s a problem I hate to say it but the whole pharmacy is incompetent.
