My husband came up get his meds and our dogs meds. My husband got home to realize they didn’t give him the pills for our dog who has epilepsy. We got back up here 2 minutes before close the drive up window was closed so I ran inside and they were leaving the back. I was told I had to wait till tomorrow to get them cuz they were already closed before 6 pm. This is the second time that something like this has happened here. Starting to rethink our pharmacy.

Pharmacy people are rude I call for my meds and they say they have no record of my medication I've been taking I call back and they say they will get it ready they somehow found the records of it

The store is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They've even gone beyond their job at times to help you find what you need, even if it's not at their store.

This is for Dan, a pharmaceutical technician, who's worked at N Knoxville Walgreens for years. I've been going there for 15 years, he's been employed there for a number of those years. Behind the pharmacy counter there is nobody better in terms of knowledge, compassion, courtesy and care than Dan. There is always a sense of urgency in his approach to your needs as well!

Why do you have to wait 2 hours for a script if your a walk-in with a script? When I worked at a pharmacy years ago, the people in store waiting had to have their script in less than 15 min or we would get dinged! In person ALWAYS beats out patients who have monthly refills in the que. Terrible customer service and everyone in the pharmacy acted like I was a bother. No smiles or "have a great day". Simple requests get you an eye roll and a "we'll have your script ready in 2 hours". Unfortunately, I get this type of service at all 3 locations near me.

It's a Walgreen's, so there isn't really anything special about it. I've never really had a bad experience here, but I can say presently the employees are better to work with than they were a few years ago. My only beef with this location is the lack of stripes in the parking lot. It has needed re-striping for about 5 years now. For the love of Pete, please re-stripe the parking lot!

I'm giving a review because I can read how much entitlement some of the negative reviewers have. I don't usually give reviews, but this pharmacy helped me and my elderly mother in-law navigate transferring medication prescription from out of state. We are very thankful and appreciate the multiple employees that were helping us solve the problem. Even when the out of state pharmacy was being rude, they didn't stop trying to help us.

I'll save you a trip to their pharmacy.. They are all out. Go to Kroger down the street instead for meds.

I am giving 5 stars to this store only because after two failed attempts to get the required passport photos (wrong head orientation or bad quality) from two other stores (one a CVS and an other Walgreen store both of whom had rude staff) Desmond from this store helped me gets the required passport photos I needed. He was extremely patient and kind with me and after a few tries got the correct picture for the requirement specifications and the great quality. I would recommend everyone to come to this store for a passport photos and preferably from Desmond. Thank you Desmond!
