No help from even the manager. The people working in the electronics run away when you need help.

It's Wal mart so if you don't expect too much You won't be disappointed Plenty of groceries and merchandise at reasonable prices just don't expect to find employees to help you or many check out lanes open , self check is an unpleasant experience

I care about family, and so I was extremely upset when I needed to help my nephew fix his glasses and went to Walmart on Allen Rd. and asked Dave the Greeter where I could find an eyeglass repair kit, and he told me to go online in a very rude manner. I needed to replace the paperclip that I had temporarily used in place of a missing screw with a proper replacement screw. This needed to be done that day, not at some future delivery date... The Greeter on the other side was helpful and professional, and the Customer Service person he sent me to was able to help us find a screw kit. Upon asking around about the rude greeter, I found out he has a reputation for being rude and have been told that a sexual harassment complaint had been filed against him, but evidently nothing had been done. So if anyone else has encountered improper behavior from Dave, please report it. Only through a group effort are people like this held accountable.

Dear Walmart: I don't t work for you, I don't get benefits and I will not check myself out! If you insist I do there are plenty of other grocery stores that would live customers to wait on

I go to this Walmart at least once a month. And, every time I go there, there is only one cashier, and the rest is self check out. My boyfriend and I were shopping there last night, and had two large grocery carts of food, and felt it was too much for the self check, so we decided to have the one and only cashier ring us up. The only thing was, the line was completely backed up! We waited for about 20 minutes in a line that seemed to never move. Finally my boyfriend decided to call the store, so he could see if someone could open up at least one more register. Well he called four times, asking to speak to a manager about it, and they kept hanging up on him! I think this is completely rude on the employees' part. Finally after calling a few more times, they finally decided to open up another register. I just think it's stupid that we have to resort to calling the store and complaining about this, when employees at the store should see that the line is getting really backed up, and decide to open another register. I get that there is a shortage of workers, but I see workers just standing around doing nothing half of time, when they could be working at the register, and helping the traffic become smoother.

Updating an old 2 star review. This store used to be incredibly disorganized in the grocery sections. They've fixed their aisle labels to actually represent the products you'll find in the aisle. Staff is still helpful and friendly when asked. Still some trip hazards like pipes coming out of the ground that are marked. Marking them should only be a temporary solution.

Why I hate going to Walmart. First the positive, the women in Customer Service get five stars. They were outstanding. It was the morning shift at 9:30. They were great. Next the stock person, again anther 5. Next the check out person, a 4. Now why Walmart gets the one. Leaving the store, staff yells stop i need to check you receipt, why? I did not gave bags. In today's environment why would I have 18 bags. Showed my receipt but insisted to count how many items I have. He did not respect the 6 feet rule, he kept coming closer to me after I ask him to step away. He made me feel like I was stealing. I had a receipt. Walmart should inform their customers if they do not have a bag then they will be treated as thieves.

Service is always super even when they have a full house. Looking forward to returning with my coworkers. The bill was fair. I see why this place has so many great reviews.

I tried online grocery pick up at this location. It is completely disorganized. They have brought orders out to cars that arrived later than I did. I arrived at the correct time of my time slot and I checked in on my way to the store. I have been waiting 40 minutes so far for them to bring out my groceries and I am still waiting. This is ridiculous I could be in and out of the store myself by now. Totally defeats the purpose of grocery pick up. I will not be returning and will happily pay a little more for hyvee pick up for better service.

Out of the three Wal-Marts in the Peoria area, this is the cleanest, nicest one. Located in the north side of Peoria, it still remains busy but the customer base is a little less rough around the edges. Because of this, the prices are higher here than they are at the University and East Peoria locations. Nice layout of the store and there's a Woodforest Bank inside that can do Western Union transactions. More Indian and southeast Asian food options here too. Like all Walmarts, you can find the lowest prices in here when it comes to your everyday household needs. The customer service is so-so and similar to other Walmarts I've been to in the past. I visit this location often and I highly recommend it for the majority of your shopping needs in Peoria. It is definitely my favorite one out of the three Walmarts.

Walmart Vision center is great! My husband was not sure if his soft contact was on his eye. He stopped in to ask a technician or doctor to look in his eye and just tell him whether the contact was in there. That is it! The technician looked in his eye and told him what he needed to know in about 30 seconds Do not go to All About Eyes!!!!!! He had just been there and they wanted him to make an appointment.

I'm really frustrated and upset with this store. After several months of working through their severe lack of inventory, atrociously inaccurate stock-level information, absurd substitution selections, and outright refusal to provide a substitute that might be more expensive, it became clear something was terribly wrong with the management of the store. I've filled out the feedback provided as truthfully as I could (they basically spam your email asking for feedback) but had to rate the performance low due to store issues. The store cancelled my account. I emailed Walmart support and they verified it was store request. I had finally found replacements for all the better quality grocery store generics that my family would actually eat, and now this. I wish Walmart would terminate this store manager and let the Online Grocery Manager (Who was super nice) have more sway in how the Online Department is run, allowing oversight over other departments.
