Sitting in the parking lot mad as hell, because despite arriving at the store at 10:50pm, the doors were locked and they wouldn't let me in, claiming, "we're closed". I said, "it's 10 till 11 and you're open until 11". The employee said "they closed at 10:50". and had a grin on his face the entire time, then turned his back on me and walked away.If your posted hours state you're open until 11, then don't lock your doors until 11. It's really a simple concept. And if you want to close at 10:50, then change your posted hours to reflect that! Think how frustrated you'd be if you drove 15 minutes to get somewhere before they closed, only to find out they closed early! VERY FRUSTRATED!When you hire young, inexperienced people to run your business, this is what happens. I will file a complaint with the BBB and the Illinois Attorney General's office.

This store is filthy! There was a broken bottle someone just put a small cone and left it. An hour later I had to go back to the aisle and it was still there. Empty cases all over. We won't be going back to this store! This used to be a nice store.

It's Wal mart so if you don't expect too much You won't be disappointed Plenty of groceries and merchandise at reasonable prices just don't expect to find employees to help you or many check out lanes open , self check is an unpleasant experience

Clean and nicely organized. I was impressed that there was no waiting for check out.We also were very excited that they had the new hard to find Godzilla toys for the new movies coming out.

Waiting over thirty minutes in the parking lot for a small grocery order, which was made several hours ago, either cold or wasting gas, isn’t a “convenience”… quite the opposite. I could have completed it myself faster, ended up leaving and cancelling. It’s not like they were packed either, not that waiting over a half hour in the lot is ever appropriate. Never again. Hy-Vee is the way to go!

Its a Walmart but I always find what I need if I happen to stop in. This one is my brother's fav location and while his car has been in the shop, I have been driving him here for his shopping. I've never had any issues. The staff is nice and helpful. Its clean and orderly. My brother always get his shopping done fast and he says its because they always have the stuff he needs.

Just hate the fact self checking I use link and if there's not enough I have 2 wait for a person 2 help me most likely thyr with some1 else. So I have 2 wait till some1 is free . It's frustrating where U just go thr reg register ur done. I plan never 2 go 2 this particular Walmarts ever again. Plus people tht need 2 work

No registers open except self check out. Bags at self check welded together. Walmart continues to search for the bottom in customer service. After eternity of bagging groceries, wouldn't recognize coupon. More time wasted to get the one human that can fix. Finally to make you feel like a valued customer, they check you receipt at the door.I'd give no stars but 1 is the minimum.

I care about family, and so I was extremely upset when I needed to help my nephew fix his glasses and went to Walmart on Allen Rd. and asked Dave the Greeter where I could find an eyeglass repair kit, and he told me to go online in a very rude manner. I needed to replace the paperclip that I had temporarily used in place of a missing screw with a proper replacement screw. This needed to be done that day, not at some future delivery date... The Greeter on the other side was helpful and professional, and the Customer Service person he sent me to was able to help us find a screw kit. Upon asking around about the rude greeter, I found out he has a reputation for being rude and have been told that a sexual harassment complaint had been filed against him, but evidently nothing had been done. So if anyone else has encountered improper behavior from Dave, please report it. Only through a group effort are people like this held accountable.
