Walters Brothers Harley-Davidson is a very unique Harley-Davidson dealership that has been around for over 100 years. It features a small museum section with historical bikes and items, which is really amazing. The dealership has a small amount of bikes for sale alongside a very large parts department and service department. They also have a good selection of merchandise with lots of sales racks and really great deals, including shirts and poker chips at great prices. There is a big hog statue out front and a fun kids motorcycle ride inside. The dealership is known for its great team and solid dealership ethics, providing very positive purchase experiences. The staff answers questions, helps address concerns, and develops solid finance solutions. Their service department is reliable, completing work satisfactorily and providing helpful follow-up calls. They also offer roadside assistance, picking up bikes and fixing problems quickly to get customers back riding. Everyone is nice and helpful, embodying a philosophy of great customer service. Owning a Harley-Davidson from here is more than just owning a motorcycle; it is about joining a community with a mutual bond and camaraderie. I was going on a trip and no time to wait. I called with my problem and they asked me to bring it in now so if they needed a part they could get it before I left. They fixed it with a part from the store in very little time. I am very happy with the way I was treated.
