Thee 605 focuses on power training for those seeking a more competitive workout. This gym is a Diamond in the rough. It’s an old school gym with great equipment and atmosphere. No TV, no A/C, piles of weights, weight machines, cables, and cardio. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The warehouse district is seeing an explosion of up-and-coming businesses, and the gym is right in the middle of it. Nice location that feels safe to access during and outside staffed hours. It is 24hrs which is great for people with difficult work schedules. The 24/7 access is a great option to have. The gym has spots to park right in front of the building. The owners are great and make you feel a part of the community the second you walk-in. Nice facility, great staff. It’s a hardcore gym. Everyone there is great. Not a lot of socializing because everyone is there to workout hard. Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a place to work out and also support a local business.

Came all the way from Dallas, TX to workout at this gym and it’s one of the best gyms Ive worked out at. If you want an old school gym this is the place! Great equipment and atmosphere!
