If I could give this a negative star I would. The bank used to be great but after opening up our new account the froze our account for a week and we had to jump through hoops to get it unfrozen. We were told many stories as to why it was frozen saying it was my address then my husband's. Then we were told the person that opened our account did something wrong. We live an hour away and had to go there multiple times. The last time we went there one of the employees was so rude saying wee were talking about her which we werent and we were relaying what was told to us. She wasn't even the one that opened our account. So After that we gave them another chance. Everytime I went in there that employee would stare me down giving me dirty looks. Well this time i went in there and tried to deposit a check i get every month and they couldnt deposit it because they needed management approval. Even though i wasnt getting any money back. And gave deposited it there multiple times.Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. They are rude and do nothing but lie to the customers. In the 2 years that we left to a different bank they went downhill in all aspects.

Went in today to open my account back up and cash my check. The time was around 5:20 and they close at 6. After it was all said and done the clerk said the check did not come up in her system. Mind you i usually cash my checks at the money center but they were closed around that time. The 'Branch Manager' kept speaking over the clerk and would constantly talk over what she was saying. It really seemed he didnt want to help anyone becuase he was ready to close up and go home. (nothing against that) but dont lie and steer a good customer wrong. I was a customer a few years ago and thought i could give it another shot, but i was wrong. I wont be back!

Michelle took care of me and is always so helpful and in a cheerful mood and ALWAYS ready to help no matter what the time of day. And the guy Zach has been very proactive and helpful as well....

Was going to open a new account and Manager Zach approached me and smelled like a booze factory and reaked of cigarettes and keep trying to talk over the other representative trying to handle my business and I don't believe it was appropriate so I left with out finishing my business!! Very upset!! And I feel bad for your employees...

Terrible!!!! When I deposit a check, it shouldn't take 3 days to hit my account. They told me tomorrow... haha yeah right ... don't do your banking with them!!!

I just opened my account here like 3 or 4 weeks ago. I was using my card to make purchases the whole 3 or 4 weeks and then out of nowhere they put a hold on my account. They said it was a glitch and they needed to rescan my license so i came in and did that but still had to wait 24 hours to use my money. No thank you. I had them give me my money and close my account. I will stick with Chase. They never did that.Forgot to mention I was not upset or rude to the workers but the teller who closed my account attitude SUCKED. Maybe it was a bad day for her too.

This bank gratuitously took nsf fees and I specifically asked them to turn off the auto overdraft feature, to which I was told no, it has to be on. After losing my job, bills kept coming out before my son ever received his social security check and in their greed, they overdrafted my account continuously racking up hundreds and hundreds of dollars for themselves while keeping me in the negative. Then, months later, they shut off my account with an active social security check coming into it, three days before my account was going to be replenished by my first paycheck after getting a new job. Beware military, senior citizens and people receiving state funds, this is not a safe bank, especially if you don't have much money coming in. They will steal your life.

Awful bank - go see a local banker! From the attitude given to a customer for no reason, to the $10 a month charge for “returned mail” that was supposedly going to my legal address. This is not a bank, its a fee factory

The customer service here is just short of pathetic. They put me on hold twice for 10 minutes twice and did not answer the phone back and said he didn’t know when I would be help. This place is in dire need of better management. every time I come here they appear to be very unorganized.

We've had our business account and personal accounts with them for several years, it's very convenient - the Peoria branch (our Home Branch) is great. The manager Tersi knows us by name and is just great as is the rest of her crew!

Worst bank tellers in the world!! The manger or whoever the women I spoke with tonight was absolutely the rudest!! There are Soo many other banks in peoria that you can go to that you will be treated better at !!! No name tag unprofessional women shame on you for having a job dealing with the public !!
