I hate this place. Every time you talk to someone about an issue you get a different answer each time. You can call talk to someone, get an answer, hang up and call right back get a different person and complete different answer. AND SUPPOSEDLY THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT CANT ISSUE REFUNDS !!!!!

Note: every high review is a bot just scroll a little and you'll see the difference kinda weird how the complaints make sense where the five stars sound like a AI generated message!!I was told my money was stolen by Hy-Vee and called a b word and had this person not put my receipt number in, didn't try understanding me, insulted me as a female, and not to mention lied the entire time trying to get me to text him the receipt number. Hung up on this moron the next agent turned .my stuff on and processed my payment. Be careful the agents are trying to steal. Comcast Xfinity is the worst everi recommend going with out before using this service.Thieves and liar's no one in charge

Terrible service just absolute trash never can speak with anyone without going through 15 mins of hell with a automated voice just to repeat the same information that I just have been a customer too long and it gets increasingly more difficult to get any kind of service

Had over 10 days of no wifi/randomly shut off wifi for the new 10g program. They informed us the first few times it would be shutoff, but after that we were left in the dark. It made working from home virtually impossible and don't even get me started with the customer service. You can't talk to a human unless you spend 30 minutes on the line talking to the robot. Now we are experiencing wifi outages out of the random again.*Edit. 5th month in a row of having outages 2-3 times a month. No reimbursements have been made.

Not helpful whatsoever. I put in an application about a few weeks ago & didn’t hear anything until about a week and a half I received a response. I was informed to send in another application so I did and was supposed to have an interview virtually but since there was an e-mail hiccup we had issues with my interview. I immediately messaged the lady who had reached out to me about my application after I couldn’t get ahold of the supervisor and she said she would pass the word on. Fast forward some more days of just waiting around for an email and I all of a sudden get an email saying “This position has been canceled”. I feel like my time was wasted and like I was strung along, they had an issue with my application so I put in a new one (for whatever reason) then I have an email issue and no one can work with me? Definitely be aware and visual of companies like this!

I have tv and internet and had home alarm but cancelled it due to my service bill was high I paid on April 15th but before I paid it the services was shut off for a few days and when I paid it on the 15th it was turned back on, with a returned payment plus the bill and it was $1,035 and when I paid it it said balance $0 now fast forward to now my bill is $779 I contacted them through their chat on Facebook and their telling me that my bill was $1430 on April 7th um no it wasn’t because if it was then I would of paid it and besides why was my service turned back on if I paid some of it? Y’all need some serious help and stop lying to people! One picture is with the chat and the other is the bill it doesn’t say return payment it says home: installments etc.. so again get your facts straight!

Terrible customer service and unwilling to fix a problem they admit they created. The manager had no willingness to do anything to fix a problem they created when their online customer service person signed me up for the incorrect service. They admitted the issue was their fault, but said my only option was to just pay more and deal with it. One of the dumbest and worst companies to deal with on the face of the planet

The absolute worst company ever having internet to deal with calling on the phone, it will never let you talk to a human because they know there's too many calls coming. My TV never works but the sure call when they want their money. ITS THE WORST.

The agent that waited on me today was super polite and did what she could for me. When I went in a year ago for phone service they did not have the phone I wanted set me up with this Motorola 5g ace and was promised in 3 weeks I could up grade for free. That was a lie had this junk phone for a year and have to pay to get a upgrade that was promised to me. This is the worst I have ever been treated by a phone company ever

Absolute trash. I have been sent the wrong modem 3 times!!!!!!!!!! Every single time I have to drive it an hour and half to my closest store to return it and then they charged me return shipping 3 times. LOL what a Fing joke. Monopoly here in IL and have no other choice but to have to deal with this dog water of a company.
