My truck blew a turbo on a country road. These guys went above and beyond getting me a turbo. They drove 2 hours to go get one for me and dropped it off to my location and then made 2 trips back to their shop to get me a few small items that I needed. The best part, they didn't take advantage of my pocket book! Highly recommend their services.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My truck broke down at a mill and I called literally every single service shop within a 50 mile radius and bauer was the ONLY place to answer my call and agree to come take a look. Jeremy went above and beyond to get me rolling again, he spent literally the entire day working on getting the issue fixed in the cold. It proved to be a challenging diagnostic affair, with a computer related repair being the culprit and when the issue was isolated he allowed me to roll with to his shop to relax so he could finally get some lunch while my puter was reprogrammed so I wouldn't have to freeze in my dead truck.. Very nice people who never gave up until the job was done and when billing time came, the price was very fair. A big truck stop shop like TA would've cost at LEAST triple, i know from past experience... SO refreshing to do business with a shop that doesn't just see $$$ when a trucker calls in his time of need. I'm happy to say this was hands down the best all around experience I've ever had with a shop on the road. Kudos to y'all!!
