Gena Rae is a studio where you will find support and make new friends. Rachael and Jessica are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been attending classes since March. I have gained flexibility and strength. I find yoga to be a great stress reliever, too. Give yourself the gift of honoring yourself. Take yoga classes!

My daughter wanted to try yoga a few years back. They had/have a group specifically for 10-13 year olds. She’s kept with it for the last few years and still loves it. If you’re looking for your child to get into something different, this would be it.
