Erik the diesel mechanic is a hack. He installed parts on my wife's 6.0 powerstroke incorrectly now I haft to have a motor installed by a qualified shop. I'm in contact with my lawyer over their incompetent service and billing department. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE!!!!!! Overpriced and unreliable!

Sold me a car with a missing SD chip, never informed me it was not there, and was not willing to help me to get it fixed/replaced. Basically added $1000 to the car price. Radio, GPS, clock, compass, phone connection, no functions worked correctly until I spent the $1000 to replace it myself.

I went in there on a vehicle they under bid for it when I told them what I have been offer for my vehicle they told me he told me he would give me that much for my car but he would have to raised the price on the other one from 29999 to 37000 that is bull if I could give a half a star I would and that is why I left I am tired of these car lots lying to me thinking it is ok to due so and now they want to put me into a brand new car that I don't even want to look at forget what I want right don't ever go to this place they lie to and try to up the price on you

This Ford dealership is truly an embarrassment to the Ford Motor Company. My cousin and I go down there to look at a Lincoln Town Car limousine. We got down there and, there are various things wrong with it. Many non functional accessories, including windows that wouldn't go up or down all the time. Electrical faults with the rear ac, divider partition, rear audio system, and various lighting. Rust was quite prevalent. The limo had just 23,000 miles, but, it would've required thousands of dollars in work to bring it up to par. The salespeople were rather aloof. Not the way you want to be if you're trying to sell cars to the general public. They portrayed an attitude of not really giving a hoot if people were going to buy or not. Terry's Ford leaves alot to be desired.

i would give 0 stars if i could INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! sells lemon buybacks without saying anything ! don't trust them!! mike has screamed and yelled at me and my father for asking questions about the buy back were never informed of . ridiculous.

Dishonest sales tactics - Chris ripped my father off to the tune of $3,000 on a pre-ordered vehicle. As such it should have been a simple sale but they snuck in a markup with the addition of two add-ons he didn't request. So after a typical 12 hr workday he picked up the vehicle and hurriedly signed the papers without expecting the markup. After he caught it a couple days later they refused to honor their agreement made months prior. Disgusting. Our family had purchased several cars from Terry's but we'll never do business there again and will discourage all friends and family from making the same mistake. Buyer beware!

Went in and their first response, after asking about a truck was "WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE! ". A thief robbed them and they forced me to pay for it ! These racist POS people ran my wife's credit for a complete cash sale. Well the manger is definitely a racist if not just a bigot. (Fyi my wife is of darker complexion). Because no one runs a credit check for a credit card purchase let alone a 100% $$ CASH $$ purchase. SINCE THEY DO NOT DO IN HOUSE FINANCING.. Summed up it's an over rated used car dealer just like the one you see in any 80s movie. Greasy, hair loss having and and a case of possible E.D. If he's not the owner the owner needs to reconsider a new manager. Only good note was Katie, the salesperson. I will not hold her responsible for the transgressions of her boss. She was very pleasant and, honestly, too good for that place.
