I have been to the lot in Peru Illinois 3 times in the past 2 months and they have the same cars and limited selection at that Very heartening to say the least. Would be nice if new inventory was there for customers to look at instead of hearing pekin has this or Bloomington has that how about we get some of those cars here this week so I don’t have to buy from Duffy story time cars or hawk motors 36% interest

My wife picked out a car on Saturday and told them we would be there Monday afternoon to get it. Took all her information and said they would hold it. I called as soon as they opened on Monday to let them know we would be there after work. Took all my information and said yes will hold it. Got there after work and they had sold the car out from under us. So they directly lied to both of us. I dont even know what to say about it other than they are liars!!!!!!!!

Amanda just told me I NEGLECTED MY CAR and that's why I surrendered it... I drove off the lot with my doors not working PROPERLY(she told me it was cosmetic so they WOULDNT FIX IT), then I realized that the AC COMPRESSOR wasn't working properly which is why I thought it was the belt, FIXED THAT MYSELF, the overheating STILL was a problem and I've had to refill my coolant/antifreeze MANY times along with replacement of the radiator, radiator fan wiring plug, and the thermostat. ive replaced the alternator as well as a brand new battery along with brand new tires that it STILL HAS ON! The alternator is once again BAD because the ENGINE is leaking oil on it, as well as a broken control arm. IM NOT PAYING FULL PRICE FOR A DEATH TRAP. Oh, I also have the receipts for ALL the parts that I put in it. You're just mad you can't resell it to another person that's DESPERATE enough to get a car from you. And then she had the nerve to YELL at me over the phone and try to shift blame on me telling me I didn't maintain it? I do what I am supposed to do for my vehicles! I also have the codes from the auto store showing that the crankshaft position is bad. All this for a 2008 Kia Sedona that was priced at 14 grand and wasn't even worth half that. I can't believe she had the nerve to say the things she said to me!! And as I pulled the phone away to tell my husband what she had just said I could HEAR HER YELLING STILL. What kind of management does that?! Poor management for sure. I am so happy I gave the car back!!!

Have you been in to see Amanda at advantage auto sales in Peru? If u haven’t you should not only did she walk me thru the process and have patience with me but she let me drive every car on the lot I kept going back to the sonata she gave me more information then anyone ik about a sonata I was so nervous but she made me feel at ease I couldn’t get my insurance the night of purchase so she tucked it safe away in the garage and the next morning me and Paige finished everything out and I’m now driving the most amazing car ever thank u amanda and Paige again for everything

Poor communication. When they take your car and they overcharge you to get it back. And when you tell them you don’t want it back and want to come pick up your stuff they steal your belongings. I had air pods ping to that location that went missing, an Apple Pencil, expensive portable chargers along with a lot of irreplaceable items. They do not care about the customer in the long run. My advice is to run from this business. Plain and simple.

I swore i was never goin 2 make another car payment and then i met Amanda not only did she take last year workin with me and my backin out cant sign that dotted line don't do it but she worked with me she not only was patient but the experience was amazing and i laughed the whole time i was about to back out again because of insurance and Paige came in clutch with a qoute i could afford and i signed on the line if this company's doesnt know the value in Amanda they need to wake up because a employee like her and her staff is undeniably amazin and an experience everyone should get
