I went in last week and was helped by a man named Michael. He was so kind in getting me the information I needed to get switched over. I needed to think about it and told him I would call him. When I called him he answered and politely told me he would be on vacation but anyone could help me. He was right! I was helped by the Store Manager Dana and she was very sweet. She helped me get my number switched to At&t and made sure my existing Directv account was good too. I'm glad to be with a company who cares.

We have had great service in the past but recently took my sons iphone in for an issue. When a phone has a software issue that is not the fault of the user, more help and options should be available. Instead we were met with only a couple (costly) options to upgrade. Come on att. We spend way too much money on these phones to basically be told we're SOL

My husband went in to pick up and activate an upgrade that we purchased online. Store was busy but that doesn't mean you offer rude service. The employee didn't help him activate the new device, told him he could purchase his case at the kiosk and was rushing him, yet spent several minutes with other customers. He was going to purchase a case and a screen protector and they lost that sale.
