“Pulled a flat tire in Peru and stayed the night. In the morning two guys swung by to pick me and the tire up, took us right to the shop and got things sorted. They then took me back to my car and had me back on the road in about an hour. Outstanding service, they did a fantastic job and were cordial and speedy with it. Brennan and Becky were I believe the two that helped me out and they did amazing!”

“My husband, and I plus our 3 small children drove to Illinois valley auto group from about 3 hours away. We came from wisconsin. We tried and tried with no luck from other dealers and ended up being beyond blessed by the kindess and hardworking people here! My husbands father passed away and we needed something to help us on the farm, to help his mother keep going strong. Without Todd Spayer and everyone from Illinois valley auto group we could not have made this happen! If you are looking for a place to not only get a new vehicle but to have great customer service and people who truly care then you need to stop here. If i could give more stars i definitely would! “I have had nothing but great customer service from Untz Truck & Trailer. And to the previous poster re: the drivers; I have seen the Untz service trucks out and about and have never experienced a problem with them. I do however have a problem with someone with such poor grammar and spelling spouting obtuse rants online about a business they have never actually had dealings with. Hopefully these minors you are transporting learn proper English from their teachers and maybe start riding a bus as I have a feeling your driving skills should actually be in question here.”

“I drove to Peru for an appt. On the way, my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped at Pomp's to ask where I could go to have the tire aired up to get home. The service tech said, "No problem, I'll help you out". He did immediately and refused money for his help and kindness. This place and it's people are worth the drive for service!Many thanks!!!”
