“I called support for updating a computer that has not been online for awhile which I prefer not to be online because the internet stinks but Matt (in support) was wonderful he could have just said bring it in and they could have charged me to update but he told me what to do it worked out wonderfully and he was very helpful and cared about my dilemma and was very patient!!!! We've bought computers from them for years and I would highly recommend them to anybody cuz I truly trust them!!!!”
