Found out I'm allergic to something in Nike shoes. They offered to to back the Nike shoes after wearing them for the day. Got to say the customer service is beyond expectations.

Went and got a pair of Hey Dude’s and the associate was very nice and polite when ringing up the Hey Dude’s. I believe her name is Odalis, she had given very polite customer service, when I asked her if they are allowed to hold any pair of shoes for a specific amount of time. She is definitely somebody to go to, when selecting a pair of shoes, crocs, Hey Dudes or anything! Odalis is perfect for the customer service role! ?

I just wanted to thank the lovely lady who helped us with finding shoes for myself and family.. she went ABOVE AND BEYOND in assisting us. It’s a very rare thing nowadays to find people who are willing to help you in stores. I’ve been and my daughter have been looking for the right shoes for us. The lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything we we were looking for and we are overjoyed with our shoes and my grandkids also. The associate number is 228001. This will be our go to FAMOUS FOOTWEAR store for all our shoes from now on. I’ve been to several stores in Chicago and couldn’t find anything that I liked or help in finding my size.. and my daughter has been looking for shoes to wear for the summer at her new job since she will be walking more.thank you from Dalton and Golous family.
